How to join the Texas Electronic Coalition for Physics

The procedure to join the Texas Electronic Coalition for Physics is described in the Bylaws of the Coalition. In essence, an institution must

  1. Agree to follow the Bylaws of the TECP;
  2. Apply for membership though one of the Advisory Board members, indicating whether they are interested in Full or Affiliate membership;
Upon acceptance by the Advisory Board, the institution must sign the Memorandum of Understanding and the Agreement on Teaching Workload Credit. Once the TECP chairperson has received the signed MOU, the institution will be able to begin participating in the Coalition. The TECP chair will also work with the institutional representative to add them to the TECP's Description of Course Equivalencies.
