Conference registration will be available for $35 on site during the conference. Note that pre-registration along with banquet/lunch registration is over.
Please register using the appropriate form below. Different forms are required for high school students, college students, vendors, and all other participants (all others are considered regular registration). To register, print the appropriate form from the links below, fill it out, and mail to the address given on the form. Remember to also make hotel reservations and submit an abstract for any presentation you plan to give. Hotel booking and abstract submission are separate from meeting registration. Late registration is still being accepted.
